2. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.


3. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@realjavajuice.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and resolve it at our discretion.


4. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping occurs on weekdays (Monday–Friday) to maintain product quality.


5. Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within the United States. Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment, as delays or issues due to incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.


6. Do you ship on holidays or weekends?

No. We ship on weekdays only and do not ship on major US holidays.


7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because we process orders quickly to maintain freshness, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
