Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping Schedule: Shipping is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) to maintain product integrity during transit. We aim to ship using cold-pack methods where possible.

• Delivery: Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment. Real Java Juice is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or issues arising from incorrect addresses.

• All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Holidays: We do not ship on major US holidays.
